Sweet Potato Puree

Last weekend, mummy had tried making sweet potato puree for me, and I simply love it. I can finish 100ml of it, and ended up, I refused to drink milk for the whole of Saturday afternoon. Mummy was getting worried and upset, and luckily, my milk intake has reverted back to normal on Sunday. So now mummy has learnt her lesson, and dare not give me so much anymore.

Ingredients:

1. 1 piece of Japanese sweet potato
2. 1 tablespoon of boiled water

Method:

1. Peel off the skin of the sweet potato
2. Cut them into small pieces and rinse
3. Steam for 15mins till soft
4. Wait for them to cool down for 10mins
5. Put the sweet potato into the blender with 1 tablespoon of boiled water and blend
6. Serve in pigeon feeding bowl
