Tofu and Egg Yolk Puree

Mummy has been thinking of new recipes to prepare for me and last week, she has tried something new - Tofu and Egg Yolk Puree. Although it sounded like weird combination, the taste was still quite nice, and I also managed to finish all.



Ingredients :

1. 1 quarter of cooked egg yolk
2. A cube of silk tofu

Method :

1. Boil egg till 100% cooked
2. Wait for it to cool down for 5 mins, and remove the egg white
2. Wash and clean the silk tofu
3. Steam for 5 mins
4. Wait for it to cool down for 5 mins
5. Use a fork to mash the egg yolk and tofu and mix them together
6. Serve in pigeon grinning bowl
