1st Chinese New Year

It has been a hectic 1st CNY for me, because we have been going out daily and only go home when the sky is dark. So I have been missing my afternoon nap. The only time when I take nap is during the travelling time and will automatically wake up when I reach the destination. And also, as we are always out from morning, mummy has no time to prepare porridge for me, so I have been eating potato, carrot, minced meat and threadfin fish puree for lunch for the past 2 days ....... was wondering when I can have my delicious porridge again ......

For this 1st CNY, I enjoyed myself alot, being cuddled and carried around by a lot of relatives, although I may be seeing some of them for the first time, I do not regard them as strangers, will also played and enjoyed their company.

Mummy has her R & R time at Great Grandma place as I was being carried around by the aunties and uncles, while daddy enjoyed playing his mahjong.

And of course, after this CNY, I will be a little rich baby $$$$ ....... because I have collected a lot of Ang Bao and the biggest Ang Bao that I received is $300 from ...... 外公

Oh yeah, forgotten to mention .......... I fell down from the bed 2 days before the CNY. Mummy has walked out to get some water, and daddy was watching tv in the hall, and in less 2 minutes, I flipped over the pillows which mummy used to corner me, and landed on the floor. Poor me, have gotten a blueblack bao for my 1st CNY. I cried so loudly, and seeing me in this state, mummy felt so gulity and promise that she will never take chance again on me to leave me alone. So for this CNY, you will see me taking photos with my blueblack bao on my cheek.

New Hairstyle

After finishing my porridge, I was sweating like mad, as mummy has forgotten to turn on the fan. And out of the blue, she find that it may be a good idea to do a new hair style for me, since my hair is wet, and easy to manage.

Vegetable and Meat Combo Puree

Last weekend, mummy has tried making Vegetable and Meat Combo Puree for me, and Yummy, it was delicious and as usual, I finished 1 big bowl of it.

Ingredient for the vegetable stock :

1. Brocoli

2. Carrot

3. Potato

4. Minced Meat

5. Threadfin Fish

Method :

1. Remove the skin of the carrot and cut into cubes
2. Remove the skin of the potato and cut into cubes
3. Cut the broccoli into cubes
4. Wash them thoroughly
5. Use a small pot and put everything in and boil
6. Boil them for 15 mins

7. Wash the minced meat and threadfin fish for 10 mins
8. Once done, mix and mash the vegetables and meat and fish together

9. Ready to be served

Goodbye Baby

Today is one of the darkest day that mummy has gone through. Our beloved 17 years old doggie, Baby has rest in peace in heaven in the early morning. In fact, mummy has been preparing herself since yesterday to accept it, when the vet told her that Baby may not make it through the night. However she is glad that Baby is able to go off peacefully at home, and without much suffering.

Chinese New Year is around the corner, and mummy has been thinking to bring me to StudioLoft for the CNY photoshots for memories. Finally we managed to make it for the 2nd day of their walk in promotion and took my photoshots. This will be my 1st year of CNY celebration.

Yummy ... Yogurt is one of my favourite

Mummy heard from Aunty Angela that it is safe for me to try out baby yogurt, so mummy went to NTUC to get the Baby Yoplait Yogurt for me .... with vanila and banana flavour .... Yummy, I simply love both flavours and can finish them with our without fruit puree.

Now this is will be dessert for my weekend tea-break !

Shame shame, I have got plaster on my face !

Last weekend, mummy was very upset with me, as I have repeatedly scratched myself till bled. So mummy made me to wear mittens like newborn baby when I am sleeping and she also pasted plaster on the wound to ensure that I dun scratch them again and heal quickly.

Shame shame .......... I went shopping with my plaster
