Pre-National Day Celebration

Mummy got invited by Aunty Serene for Pre-National Day celebration at their place cum house-warming. The colour theme for that day is Red and White, so mummy got all of us to be dressed in Singapore Flag colour, and all of us woke up early and prepared for the event ....

As some of the kiddos are my new friends, I didnt mingle as much as all my May friends, and tend to stick close to mummy. We also didnt manage to stay long for the event, as we need to rush back home as Aunty Amy was almost done with the housework, and time for me to go home for lunch. Looking forward to see my April friends again.

Weekend Staycation at Marina Sands Bay Hotel

Thanks to 舅公 for the complimentary stay over the weekend. We had a great time there despite mummy was having migraine on Saturday and we have to rush home to take her medicine. We have a great time there, and a clear and nice view of the fireworks.

I guessed it was due to the National Day parade rehearsal and this has caused a crowd over there, in term of human and traffic jam. The lobby, lift, carpark, everywhere have been packed with crowd and jam. End up, we were not able to find a restaurant or room service for our dinner, end up, we managed to dial our favourite hotline - 67773777 McDonald delivery !

Happy Birthday to Daddy

Today is Daddy's BIRD Day, and mummy has booked a buffet dinner for us at Marina Mandarin, Aquamarine. However daddy is still not feeling well, and having a bad sore throat, so mummy has decided to cancel the booking and had a small celebration at home. Now, we are hoping that daddy will recover soon and we will do a make-up celebration for him when he recovers.

Virus, Please Stay Away from Me !

I was sick for almost 2 weeks, and this period is the worst phase for me and the family. I was suffering from stomach virus and had continuous LS, with on and off fever. This has never happened to me before. Can you imagine that I can easily LS for more than 20 times per day, and each time when I LS, I will be crying out loud, even when I was asleep, as I was in pain .... Seeing me in pain and suffering, it hurts mummy alot and she felt very heartpained for me, and she wished that she is the one suffering on my behalf.

During this period, Daddy was terrific and great, he has took leave and stayed with me at Ah Ma house when mummy went to work, trying to take care of me, and gave me the best comfort. I have been asked to take antibotics jabs for consecutive of 3 days from Dr Ong, as he said that I could not take oral antibotics as it will trigger the LS worst.

It was indeed a tough battle for 2 weeks, and I am so happy that finally everyting is over and I am on the road to recovery. Now mummy is praying everyday that ALL VIRUS, to STAY AWAY from me forever ...........

Oh yeah, forgotten to mention that during this period, mummy is also thankful to all the aunties and uncles for their well wishes, and comfort words which helped her to pull through ... A big thank you to all !

Marina Sands Hotel

Thanks to Uncle Gerald, we went to the Marina Sands Hotel to enjoy the nice scenery of the skypark, and also to have a glance of the luxurious hotel facilities. He is the platinum member of the casino and managed to get the complimentary hotel stay.

We went around 8pm in the evening, hoping to get the glance of the fireworks, who knows, that the carpark was full, even for self drive or valet parking. End up, we only managed to watch the fireworks in the car. After that, we went to the hotel room to check out, follow by the walk at the skypark.

The whole place was cool, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi pool, under the dim light, it looked really romantic. We weren't prepare for the swim, that's why mummy also didnt bring along the stuff. However we do manage to have a good view of the city of Singapore that night, and thereafter we went back to the hotel to have our dinner, and followed by the WorldCup match - Germany vs Argentina. We were the winners of the night as Mummy, Daddy and Uncle Gerald all won money for the night ........... So happy for all !

We are going to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo

It's Zoo time again ! Thanks for Uncle Chris and Bao Bao Jie Jie for free pass ! We managed to go on the compliments of the UOB bank. Although this trip was quite last minute, mummy was still happy that we managed to reach in time for the Animal Friends Show at 430pm and for the 1st time, we have decided to take the tram ride, instead of the usual road walk around. It was cooling to enjoy the breeze on the ride, and also saved us on the timing to walk. From the tram, we managed to see another sight of the zoo, and animals, and we have enjoyed ourselves for the afternoon.

However I was sad that I didnt manage to have the water play on that day as it was drizzling, mummy has promised to bring me back again another day to have fun

Our Family Trip to Genting

It was indeed a memorable and fun trip for all of us. From the eldest to the youngest, on the compliments of my 舅公. We all have good fun and I must say that I am proud and behaved well throughout the trip. During the coach ride to journey, I was sleeping most of the time, and by the time when I woke up, we were almost reaching Genting. The place was cooling but crowded, as it was a school holiday for both Singapore and Malaysia.

I have got alot of funs with my jie jie and kor kor during the trip, and played many rounds of the Merry Go Round for the Indoor and Outdoor Theme Park. For this trip, mummy and daddy were also enjoying themselves as well, as once after I aslept, 外婆 will come over and took over the shift from them, and they were able to enjoy themselves at the casino, especially for daddy. Genting will defintely be the place whereby mummy is planning to go back again with the family, and so do I, I am looking forward to it again.
