Everything happens for a reason

Everyhing comes and goes so fast within a month ! We had a little miracle surprise, then came the bad news ! And suddenly the bad news turns out to be "not so bad" but a few days later, the miracle surprise chosen to end it in the natural way. So I believe everything happens for a reason, be it .. whether its good or bad ! It is soon going to end. We just need to learn and let it go.

Mummy is changing job

Finally mummy managed to get over the lazy bug and started updating the blog again. As mentioned in her earlier post, the change in our life will be, mummy is changing job from next year Jan onwards, and she might need to travel frequently, so she is hoping that she will spend more time with me during this Dec holiday so that I can get more attention during this period !

Mummy is getting lazier !

For some of you out there who is reading this blog, please bear with mummy for the time being, she is getting lazier nowadays, and attempted shortcut by uploading the photos in FB instead of my blog .... She is getting her engine starting again, and at the same time, anticipating some changes going on ..... Bear with her for time being, soon there will be new updates ! Stay tune !

Trip to Hong Kong Disney Land

Due to the earthquake and tsunami, we have cancelled our Japan trip, and in order not to disappoint me, mummy has changed the destination to Hong Kong instead so that I could still have fun in Disneyland, and indeed, it has been a enjoyable trip for the whole family. And mummy could tell that this round, I am able to appreciate more and enjoy most of the rides over there and having fun with the characters. Besides that, we stayed at one of the 5 stars hotel in the shopping area, and mummy has enjoyed herself shopping with clothings and bag, especially when she managed to grab a Miu Miu bag back at 30% discount. This has become one of her most favourite bag now

May till June Updates

Mummy seem to be slacking and have not been updating the blog regularly ..... Weekends seem to pass super duper fast that she has got no time to draft and update during the night time. And on top of that, we have been busy going out during weekends as well.

Besides going out, my weekends are also packed with classes. I have progressed to the next level for ICANREAD to TCS class - Thinking, Creativity Skill, and mummy has also signed me up together with Dylan for Taekwando class on Saturday. Plus starting from July onwards, I will also be attending Music Wonderland class at Yamaha on every Sunday.

Therefore shopping and free time during weekends are limited for us. But still, mummy feels that these classes are good for me, for my exposure to see where my interests are, in fact the next enrichment class that she has for me is Berries, which is now on waitlist.

My 3rd Birthday Party

Beside celebrating in school, mummy has planned for an actual day celebration for me at Timezone arcade - my favourite place. I have always been wanting to go there for bowling and basketball session, so finally my wish came true when mummy found out that there is a function room inside, but it is a small one ! Nevertheless, all aunties, uncles and friends came and celebrated with me, without their presence, the party wouldn't be great ! And next, I am so looking forward to our Hongkong trip and Disney stay on this coming monday with daddy and mummy.

It's a month filled with fun birthday parties

Starting from the last week of March, we have been receiving invitiation to join in the celebrationfor my friends, however due to some other plans, there have been quite a few that we have missed, and some that we could attend. Here are some of those that we have attend

We had a simple celebration for mummy, as it was a weekday and the day before, she went for meeting in Penang, and no proper rest for the past days preparing for the meeting.

We went for a simple dinner at White Dog cafe, followed by bringing me to Timezone Arcade to have fun.

For the Month of March 11

Life has been busy and hectic as mummy is trying to set a routine for me to sleep early, since I have started school, so she has got lesser time at night and weekends are usually packed for us .... so no time to update the blog.

Here are some of the events that happened for the month of March.

1. Gingerbread Man show which Aunty Esther has bought the tickets for mummy

2. Mandarin Orchard Hotel Stay for Mummy's birthday

3. Shopping for our Japan trip, and end up it got cancelled due to the Tsunami and Earthquake.

We have officially MOVED out of PUNGGOL

This is one of the saddest for mummy as it was our 1st house, whereby alot of 1st time there, and also we have stayed there for 7 years. Alot of memories for both daddy and mummy, as well as for me. Because of the huge space, I have a house and playground for my own, and alot of space for my Thomas and Friends too ..... Leaving the place is hard for mummy, but she knows that its's about time. Since by moving out and moving in with grandma will be more convenient for me to travel to school, and with the old saying "new ones will come after the old ones" ! Indeed, we have bought our next house, and will be ready in 3 years time, just in time when I enter Primary School. Now all of us are just looking forward to the confirmation of our new house in 3 years time.

Proud Moments

Mummy felt so proud of me when she brought me to school for the CNY celebration. During the celebration, the teachers called for kids as volunteers to go up the stage to play the instruments for the songs. Without a second thought, I walked up to the stage and offered to play, which surprised mummy and daddy, and not only that, I was also the youngest among all ............... This moment has made mummy very proud and she is beginning to realise that I am a big boy now.

Entering the Year of Rabbit for 2011

It's time to celebrate CNY again, and this is my 3rd year collecting ang baos. It's really fun during this period, and also a holiday which I enjoyed the most. These were the days whereby I have to wake up super early and went for visitings and came home late, after a day of fun, playing with friends and my relatives and cousins. Till the 3rd day of CNY, we are kinda of shacked out from the late nights, and I was having difficulties when mummy tried to wake me up in the morning ...........

Beside having fun, I also love collecting ang baos, and thereafter mummy will bank the amount into my bank, and so, I am a rich small boy !!

My New Carseat

Finally daddy has found the ideal carseat for me as I have outgrown the old one and not able to buckle anymore. As daddy is a too fast too furious driver, mummy feels that it is important to have a good and sturdy carseat so that daddy can drive me around when he is alone. After much research daddy found this Graco 3-1 model which is able to convert to high rest booster and booster seat for me at Robinson. Although the price is abit steep, both of them feel that it is still worth as it is safety first. And most important, I feel comfortable and enjoy sitting on it.

First Day of School

This posting came close to 1 month late, as so far I only attended school twice, 1 is for the orientation and the other one is 2 weeks ago, as I am down with very bad flu, cough and fever, and the virus has been going around for close to 3 weeks. Mummy and me have been coughing for the past weeks, and it was only this week that we feel better, and beside that I have been having viral fever on and off, till mummy brought me to Dr Ong clinic for a blood test to make sure that it is not an infection.

I do enjoy school alot, especially with my caring form teacher, Mrs Thng who have called mummy twice to check on my condition, and not forgetting the cute cute schoolbus aunty.

Mummy is hoping that I could get well soon, and resume back to school after the CNY celebration.

Xmas Hotel Stay at Fullerton Hotel

This year mummy has booked a night stay at Fullerton Hotel, only difference is that we went with Aunty Leance and family, and it was really a fun stay, especially with Aden kor kor and Ashlea mei mei around. We have a great time there, with great service and good food over there. During the Xmas night, mummy even brought us to Timezone to play my favourite basketball games and we went to Kallang McDonald for late night supper. My 2nd Xmas has been fun and happening and I have been sleeping very late almost every night, now mummy is worried that I cannot get used to waking up early for school next year.

Counting to Xmas 2010

As usual, we had our yearly celebration with Uncle Gerald, Aunty Cheraline, Aunty Adeline, Uncle Jac and the gang, but this year, it is more special as we do have special guests like Aunty Wendeline and family, and not forgetting the arrival of our new member, BB Jaden, the precious gem from both Uncle Jac and Aunty Adeline, to join in the celebration for Aunty Adeline's birthday and countdown to Xmas.

Time for a Haircut

This is the time whereby mummy has waited for long, and it's also the time that I can sit on my own, be good and let the Uncle or Aunty cut my hair. Finally this day has come, and I am able to achieve that, another milestone from me. Mummy is keeping her fingers crossed that I will behave good in future.

Indulging with Volcano from Swensens

This is the very first time that mummy has ordered ice-cream specifically for me, as the weather is extremely hot and we are trying to find some place to chill out, finally we settle at Swensens ! Inside their kids menu, there is Volcano Ice-cream, and without hestiation, mummy has ordered for me ...... Check out the expression on my face.

Thomas and Friend Live Show on 28 Nov 2010

On the same day after Barney, we also rushed to watch Thomas & Friends show. Indeed it was a hectic day out for me without any proper nap, just 20mins during the car journey. However mummy feels that the show is not worth as it was mainly a 10mins show with 2 songs only, and the Thomas Train is not as live. Anyway as long as I enjoy, that's what it matters.
